Bioinformatics投稿直接被編輯拒回來，可以再argue一下嗎 已有4人參與

本人之前投Bioinformatics的一篇拙作被拒回來，看起來是編輯直接直接拒稿的。如果是被reviewers給文章批的一無是處倒也罷了，被編輯打回來一點理由也沒有讓我也很迷茫 。這種情況是因為文章質(zhì)量著實太差了嗎，有沒有可能去和編輯argue一下還能得到審稿機會？下附editor的郵件。 Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your manuscript for publication in Bioinformatics. I regret that the editors are unable to consider the manuscript for further review. There have been a number of approaches for xxxxxx and only a limited number are evaluated in this work. Given that quite a few approaches have been developed, a more thorough comparison to state-of-the-art is needed. I am sorry to disappoint you, but the journal is currently receiving many more submissions than can be published - over 2000 submissions were received in 2018. Hence only those of the very highest quality and significance are accepted (the editors currently aim for an acceptance rate of ~20-25%). Even though a substantial amount of careful work has been done, I must formally decline the manuscript and am returning it to you without further review so that you can resubmit it elsewhere without delay. Please note that we will not consider any further versions of this manuscript. |
