文章接收后再添加作者的經(jīng)驗(yàn) 已有8人參與

一篇文章被一個(gè)影響力小的期刊接收了，在proof Check時(shí)加了個(gè)作者，原因是argument階段，一個(gè)本科生編了一個(gè)小程序來(lái)統(tǒng)計(jì)原來(lái)的結(jié)果，想把他加進(jìn)去，當(dāng)時(shí)忘了，不想惹出一場(chǎng)風(fēng)波來(lái)。首先是Journal Manager給處理這篇文章的editor發(fā)email問(wèn)是否許可，并轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給我，這時(shí)我才發(fā)現(xiàn)是一件不那么隨意的事情。然后Editor發(fā)信問(wèn)我，態(tài)度自然好不到那里去，內(nèi)容如下： Dear author, I received an e-mail from Journal Manager of Physica B that you are wishing to add an extra author to the paper xxxxx. This is a serious problem because the paper is already accepted for publication. So, I ask you, Why do you want to add an extra author? Why did you eliminate this person when you submitted the paper? If the reasons are convincing, we accept adding the extra author in your paper. Please respond to me in a couple of days. yours, (哈哈，連Sincerely 都省了) xxxxxx' Editor of xxxxxxx 這是我才發(fā)現(xiàn)麻煩來(lái)了，就趕緊抗辯如下 Dear xxxxx, Thank you very much for your emails. X.X is a new member of my group and contributed much in the revised version of this proof. After we received the referee's comments, she made the program to calculate the xxxxxxx and used it to analyze the results we obtained before. Without her program and analysis, we could not finish the revised version in several days. In fact, she also made the programs to calculate xxxxxx, and so on. These results did not shown in this proof and will be published in another paper. When I re-submitted the revised version, I forgot to change the authors' list. Would you please to give us a chance to add X.X as a new author in this proof? If you give us this chance, we will be grateful. Best wishes, xxxxxx 最后編輯看明白了，也過(guò)了這一關(guān)。 這大概是一件損人品的事情，其實(shí)那個(gè)本科生的名字掛也好，不掛也好，對(duì)他對(duì)我影響不是特別大，也許她可以得個(gè)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)論文啥的。。。不過(guò)既然說(shuō)加了，就只好硬著頭皮往上上加。以后這事再也不能干了。。。 經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)是：作者署名是很嚴(yán)肅的事情，投稿過(guò)程包括再投稿過(guò)程還好辦，接收后基本上就不要變了，不要想在proof階段還有機(jī)會(huì)改。 [ Last edited by tfl03 on 2009-5-30 at 22:51 ] |
