求助： 本人最近投了ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces，未送審，主編返回意見：論文重復率比較高，下面是主編的具體回復： “In light of the overlapping portions of your manuscript, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces will not be able to consider this manuscript for publication. All authors are responsible for the originality of the data presented for publication. We require that all authors listed on a manuscript take responsibility for its submission, so I ask you to discuss this communication with your co-authors. I encourage you to review the ACS Ethical Guidelines before submitting future manuscripts to ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces or to other ACS journals. ” 想問一下：把論文重復率降低后還可以重投嗎? 若能重投需要給編輯寫個說明嗎？ 望各位大牛賜教！ |
