審稿人意見major revision，改后重投悲劇，如何申訴？ 已有7人參與
|

各位同僚，在投稿BMC nephrology 之后兩位審稿人給的意見都是major revision，后責(zé)編回信reject但是提出：如果可以point by point回復(fù)審稿意見，歡迎我們r(jià)esubmit a new manuscript，按照責(zé)編的要求一一修改后resubmit，可是一個(gè)月后責(zé)編回信拒掉了，也沒送審。我勒個(gè)去，這種情況有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同志指導(dǎo)一下，我是該申訴呢還是該申訴呢？責(zé)編為啥沒送審直接拒掉了？下附信件內(nèi)容： 第一次責(zé)編回信的內(nèi)容：Peer review of your manuscript is now complete and, based on the reports, I am sorry to say that we cannot consider the manuscript for publication at this time. We think it may be possible to revise your manuscript to address these comments but that this would require longer than our standard revision period. However, we are willing to consider your manuscript further once all the concerns have been addressed. Therefore, if you are able to address all of these concerns, please do submit a new manuscript to BMC Nephrology. If you are able to do this, a full covering letter, explaining the revisions made, should accompany the submission. Their reports, together with any other comments, are below. Please also take a moment to check our website at https://www.editorialmanager.com/bnep/ for any additional comments that were saved as attachments. Please note that as BMC Nephrology has a policy of open peer review, you will be able to see the names of the reviewers. If you can address all of these concerns raised, please do submit a new manuscript to https://www.editorialmanager.com/bnep/. We request that a point-by-point response letter accompanies your revised manuscript. This letter must provide a detailed response to each reviewer/editorial point raised, describing what amendments have been made to the manuscript text and where these can be found (e.g. Methods section, line 12, page 5).
