【招生計劃 1 - 計算機科學/電子工程等專業(yè)背景】 錄取院系：香港城市大學計算機科學系 導師：以合作導師共同指導的形式開展課題研究（將授予計算機科學博士學位） 研究方向：人工智能/計算機視覺/深度學習/穿戴式傳感器在畜牧養(yǎng)殖領域的應用性研究和系統(tǒng)開發(fā) 2021年秋季入學 【招生計劃 2 - 農業(yè)工程/動物科學等專業(yè)背景】 香港城市大學 / 美國康奈爾大學聯(lián)合博士生項目 錄取院系：香港城市大學賽馬會動物醫(yī)學及生命科學院 導師：以合作導師共同指導的形式開展課題研究（其中一年在美國康奈爾大學，授予香港城市大學博士學位） 研究方向：畜牧工程/動物行為與福利/畜禽的環(huán)境應激生理反應等 2021年秋季入學 【獎學金】 博士生獎學金約為每月17500港幣，入選聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)項目在康奈爾大學期間另有額外的津貼，此外還有諸多獎學金可以申請，如博士學費獎學金等。 【導師簡介】- 另外分別有一位城大計算機科學系和康奈爾獸醫(yī)學院的合作導師 dr. kai liu joined city university of hong kong in march 2019 as an assistant professor in animal welfare, ethics and behavior. kai obtained his phd degree in agricultural and biosystems engineering (animal production systems engineering) from iowa state university, usa, and then joined the swine teaching and research center at the university of pennsylvania, school of veterinary medicine, usa, as a postdoctoral researcher. currently, he contributes to the bachelor of veterinary medicine by teaching courses in the areas of animal behavior and welfare and intensive livestock production systems. he also conducts research in the area of precision livestock farming, mostly in poultry and swine production systems. 個人主頁：https://www.cityu.edu.hk/ph/staff/dr-kai-liu 咨詢/聯(lián)系方式：郵箱：kailiu@cityu.edu.hk 【研究方向】 precision livestock farming: • engineering strategies/innovation for real-time monitoring, assessment, and management of farming animals regarding their behavior, health, production, reproduction, and welfare animal housing and environment management: • alternative housing system design for farm animals • behavior and production responses of farm animals to housing enrichment • novel lighting technologies for poultry production animal behavior and welfare: • alternative housing systems for improved behavior and welfare of farm animals 【申請要求】 歡迎計算機科學、電子科學、農業(yè)工程、畜牧工程、動物科學等相關背景的本科或碩士畢業(yè)生報名申請，具有碩士學位者及有文章發(fā)表者優(yōu)先。 [英文要求]：雅思最低6.5（總分）、或托福機考>=79，特別優(yōu)秀的學生，英語六級490分以上也可接受（需學校審批決定）。 如有意應聘，請用英語投簡歷到導師電郵kailiu@cityu.edu.hk，并注明“phd application-name-university”，簡歷請包括本/碩成績單、語言成績、以及發(fā)表論文情況，合適者導師會逐一回復。 |
