版面費支付銀行轉賬問題 已有1人參與

最近投了一個國外期刊science and technology of energetic materials（日本期刊），已被接受，要求支付版面費，收但是在信息中并未提供銀行賬號，而是提供了一個網上支付的網站。我進入網站以后，選擇銀行轉賬，但是轉賬提供了銀行信息，但下面附了一行小字 We do not accept any transfers from overseas. They will be refunded after deduction of transfer fees. 這個意思是不是國外的不能通過銀行轉賬啊，那其他有什么辦法啊？這個是需要銀行轉賬的，因為需要報銷拿到銀行記錄，在學校報銷。我和編輯部一周前就開始聯系，但杳無音信，也不回我，不給確定的答復。各位蟲友有遇到這種情況的嗎？有什么解決辦法嗎？ 以下是編輯部的信件 Your manuscript was accepted on Science and Technology of Energetic Materials.
