3個(gè)審稿人的意見： I went through the paper and the author's note. One of my reservations is that, there is considerable overlap with earlier publications. In addition, there continues to be some short comings with the formulation, namely, the use of Serret-Frenet framing which does not work on straight sectors. Such sectors can develop even with an initial shape that is everywhere curved if one considers shape transformations, which is a focus of the present research. My overall view is, the present paper is not suitable for publication in Physical Review E. Since the present work has been compared against Ref[3] which gives it an experimental context, the author can consider for instance, submitting in PNAS where those experiments have been reported. 第一個(gè)不是個(gè)大問題，是審稿人一廂情愿糾纏住這個(gè)問題不放。 第二個(gè)似乎太牛，直接拒搞！毫無理由。 第三個(gè)太嚇人，居然要我投PNAS。 蟲子們給點(diǎn)意見，投其他雜志覺得有些可惜！ |
