新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)與美國達(dá)特茅斯學(xué)院(常春藤成員)聯(lián)合招聘高通量DFT材料計(jì)算方向博士后 課題方向?yàn)榛贒FT計(jì)算篩選出P型半透明導(dǎo)電氧化物,會(huì)用于太陽能電池等光電器件。 申請人需要有材料科學(xué)、化學(xué)、物理方向或相似學(xué)科方向的博士學(xué)位,并且具有第一性原理計(jì)算與python編程相關(guān)的知識儲(chǔ)備,有發(fā)表相關(guān)論文者優(yōu)先考慮。 具體信息和要求請看下面原郵件(代老板發(fā)布) 祝好! ====================================================================== (Immediate) Post Doctoral position in Computational Materials Science (NTU, Singapore). We are looking for a highly motivated Post Doctoral candidate (Research Fellow) with expertise in Computational Materials Science. He/she will perform high-throughput compound prediction approaches combining data mining and DFT phase stability computations to identify p-type transparent conducting oxide. This screening will be performed mainly at the DFT or hybrid functional level. The most promising materials will be also studied extensively by more advanced techniques including GW or with more expensive properties such as mobilities through electron-phonon computations. The project combines theoretical and experimental high-throughput screening to discover new p-type transparent conducting materials for photovoltaics and electronics applications. Applicants must have a PhD degree in materials science, chemistry or physics (or equivalent). Previous experience in ab initio computing and density functional theory (DFT) is required as well as good coding skills especially in python. Experience in high-throughput computing is an advantage. Applicants with relevant experience and publication track records will be considered favorably. The candidate will be jointly supervised by Prof Geoffroy Hautier (Dartmouth College), and Prof Lydia Wong (NTU).
