蟲友們求幫助，投了ISIJ期刊，審稿一個(gè)月后回來(lái)了decision letter，主編拒稿，但副主編說(shuō)讓修改后重投，該怎么操作，附上 Desicion letter內(nèi)容。謝謝大家！歡迎支招！ I write you in regards to manuscript ''XXX" which you submitted to the ISIJ International.
