投PRE被退，絕不甘心！ 已有2人參與

上次說(shuō)一篇文章被PRE退稿， http://www.gaoyang168.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1480667 最近越想越覺(jué)得審稿人不負(fù)責(zé)任！ 這是審稿結(jié)論：Dear XX, The above manuscript has been reviewed by one of our referees. Comments from the report appear below. The Physical Review editors wish to accept only papers that, in addition to being scientifically sound, are important to the field and contain significant new results in physics. Given the appended comments, we judge that these acceptance criteria are not met. We regret that consequently we cannot accept the paper for publication in the Physical Review. Yours sincerely, 這是審稿意見(jiàn)： I went through the paper and the author's note. One of my reservations is that, there is considerable overlap with earlier publications. In addition, there continues to be some short comings with the formulation, namely, the use of Serret-Frenet framing which does not work on straight sectors. Such sectors can develop even with an initial shape that is everywhere curved if one considers shape transformations, which is a focus of the present research. My overall view is, the present paper is not suitable for publication in Physical Review E. Since the present work has been compared against Ref[3] which gives it an experimental context, the author can consider for instance, submitting in PNAS where those experiments have been reported. 感覺(jué)編輯只采納了一個(gè)審稿人的意見(jiàn)，很不甘心！�。。� 老外算了一階變分，都在上邊發(fā)了幾篇。我算了2階變分，其復(fù)雜程度和用時(shí)都是是一階變分的10倍�。�！卻得不到個(gè)修改的機(jī)會(huì)，甚至客觀的審稿意見(jiàn)��！ 打算再次投去，所要審稿意見(jiàn)。 |
