美國奧本大學(xué)電機(jī)與計(jì)算機(jī)工程系Dr. Xiaowen Gong誠招全獎(jiǎng)博士生

dr. xiaowen gong in the department of electrical and computer engineering at auburn university is seeking self-motivated phd students to work on machine learning and ai in wireless networks, starting in spring or fall 2023. the students will be provided with full financial support. dr. gong’s research topics are in wireless networks and their applications, with current focuses on machine learning and ai in wireless networks, edge computing, and network security. he has published more than 50 papers in top journals and conferences, including ton, jsac, tmc, tsp, twc, infocom, mobihoc, wiopt. he has also served as editors and tpc members in these top venues. his research has been supported by grants from nsf, mxd. more information about dr. gong and his research can be found at https://www.auburn.edu/~xzg0017/. prospective students are welcome to contact dr. gong at xgong at auburn dot edu with cv, transcripts, toefl/ielts, and gre scores. auburn university is one of two public flagship universities of the state of alabama, usa. the school is located in auburn, al, about 100 miles southwest from atlanta, ga, the largest city in the southeast of u.s. the university is ranked in top 10 for the best quality of life by the princeton review. the graduate program of the ece department is ranked no. 58 among all the schools in u.s. by the us news in 2022. the ece department has a strong wireless research program supported by the wireless engineering research and education center (werec), which is an interdisciplinary center funded by an endowment, and is the focal point of the university's wireless activities. As of Spring 2023, there are still PhD positions for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. Dr. Gong's research has been recognized by IEEE INFOCOM Best Paper Runner-Up Award, IEEE IoT Journal Runner-Up Best Paper Award, NSF CAREER Award. |
