加拿大西安太略大學(Western University) 計算機系或生化系2023年一月全獎博士生

Multiple fully funded PhD candidate positions (Computer Science (Machine Learning, Data Science), Chemistry or Genetics are available in Dr. Pingzhao Hu's lab (www.hu-bioinformaticslab.org) at the Department of Computer Science, or Department of Biochemistry, at Western University, London, Ontario, Canada. Please be noted that Dr. Hu will move his current lab to Western University on September 1, 2022. The candidate should have solid programming skills (R, Python and/or C, etc.), quantitative analysis background (machine learning, data mining, etc.) and acquaintance with Linux. The candidate should also meet one of the following English test requirement: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 250, computer based; internet based test (iBT) 90, with no individual score lower than 22; International English Language Testing Service (IELTS): 6.5 out of 9; To be considered for Winter (January) term, 2023 admission, he/she should send his/her CV and scanned transcript to Dr. Pingzhao Hu at pingzhao.hu@utoronto.ca before July 31, 2022. ****************************************************************** Note: before you send emails or CV to me, please make sure you meet the MUST requirements: 1) English Test 2) GPA (>80%) 3) Background (Computer Science for Department of Computer Science, Bioinformatics, genetics, or chemistry for Department of Biochemistry) More detail can be found here https://www.hu-bioinformaticslab.org |
