香港城市大學(xué)Dr. Yanni Sun課題組招收生物信息及機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方向博士研究生。Dr. Sun 在 Washington University in Saint Louis 計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)系獲得博士學(xué)位，一直從事生物信息學(xué)的研究。 我們的研究對(duì)象是生物數(shù)據(jù)，用的方法包括 algorithms, probabilistic models, machine learning/deep learning, and data mining. 你會(huì)得到嚴(yán)格和充分的科研訓(xùn)練和廣闊的就業(yè)前景。歡迎有一技之長(zhǎng)的你來(lái)申請(qǐng)，無(wú)論是擅長(zhǎng)找問(wèn)題，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，還是編程，數(shù)據(jù)分析，亦或?qū)ξ⑸锵嚓P(guān)領(lǐng)域有研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)都熱烈歡迎。 具體研究方向： Bioinformatics, sequence analysis, microbiome analysis using machine learning models and sequence analysis algorithms. Besides the following topics, we also welcome the applicants to explore other related topics. You need to be familiar with some programming languages/data processing pipelines. You should be highly motivated to study research problems you are interested in. I am happy to provide you with the freedom of choosing appropriate research topics.
