猶他大學(xué)（The University of Utah）Kai Fu課題組23Fall計(jì)劃招收1-2名博士生，招生方向主要是電子工程（ECE）、應(yīng)用物理（Applied Physics）、材料科學(xué)（Materials Science）及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)生。有興趣的同學(xué)請(qǐng)發(fā)簡(jiǎn)歷到kai.fu@utah.edu。 Kai Fu教授于2022年加入猶他大學(xué)，任電子與計(jì)算機(jī)工程系助理教授。他于2013年在中科院大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位，先后擔(dān)任中科院蘇州納米所副研究員、亞利桑那州立大學(xué)（ASU）助理研究科學(xué)家、及萊斯大學(xué)（Rice University）研究科學(xué)家。他曾主持和參與多項(xiàng)中國和美國的項(xiàng)目，主要研究方向是寬禁帶半導(dǎo)體（GaN、Ga2O3、AlN、Diamond等）材料生長與器件，尤其是面向功率電子與光電集成方向。他目前發(fā)表文章90+篇，引用率1900+，獲授權(quán)專利24項(xiàng)，是Electronics（IF 2.69）的客座編輯和功率電子方向編輯成員。 猶他大學(xué)是一所位于美國猶他州的高等教育旗艦型大學(xué)，也是一所世界頂尖的公立研究型大學(xué)， 屬于北美頂級(jí)研究型大學(xué)聯(lián)盟美國大學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)（AAU）、太平洋十二校聯(lián)盟（PAC-12）成員。該校擁有5位諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)、8位麥克阿瑟獎(jiǎng)、3位圖靈獎(jiǎng)、17位美國科學(xué)院與工程院院士、22位羅德學(xué)者、2位宇航員。猶他大學(xué)在George W. Ideal candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, optical engineering, semiconductors, materials science, or any related area. About Prof. Kai Fu’s group Research interests: Semiconductor devices, wide bandgap semiconductors (GaN, AlN, Ga2O3, BN, diamond), material epitaxy science, nanofabrication, semiconductor characterization, reliability, heterogeneous integration, power electronics, high-temperature electronics. Personal profile: Prof. Kai Fu joined the University of Utah in 2022 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is the first author or co-author of 1 book chapter, 90+ journal papers, 60+ conference proceedings, and 24 granted patents. His h-index is 24 with 1900+ citations according to Google Scholar. He has supervised 10+ graduate students. He is the reviewer of 20+ journals, and a Section Board Member (Power Electronics) of Electronics.
