墨爾本大學(xué)簡(jiǎn)介: 墨爾本大學(xué)(the university of melbourne),簡(jiǎn)稱墨大,始建于1853年,是一所公立研究型大學(xué),位于澳大利亞維多利亞州首府,以文化藝術(shù)氣息濃厚而著稱的國(guó)際城市墨爾本。在最新世界大學(xué)排名中,usnews世界大學(xué)排名第26位,全澳第一,泰晤士報(bào)世界大學(xué)排名第32位,全澳第一,arwu世界大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)排名第39位,全澳第一。建校以來,其培養(yǎng)出數(shù)十萬遍布世界的優(yōu)秀校友,包括8位諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)得主(全澳第1)、120位羅德學(xué)者(全澳第1) 、4位澳大利亞總理、5位澳大利亞總督等各領(lǐng)域知名人士。 導(dǎo)師簡(jiǎn)介: prof. ling-zhi cheong, 2008年博士畢業(yè)于馬來西亞博特拉大學(xué)酶和食品生物技術(shù)專業(yè)。曾任丹麥奧胡斯大學(xué)分子生物/工程系任助理教授、全球500強(qiáng)豐益國(guó)際豐益全球生物技術(shù)研發(fā)中心任高級(jí)研究員,寧波大學(xué)教授等職務(wù),現(xiàn)任墨爾本大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)與食品科學(xué)教授。擔(dān)任國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊 food chemistry 編委, journal of americans chemical society 副主編。主要從事食品結(jié)構(gòu)脂質(zhì)的綠色生物制造領(lǐng)域及酶固定化技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的科研工作。研究成果已在國(guó)際核心期刊發(fā)表 sci論文和專著 100多 篇,撰寫專著章節(jié) 4 部,位列全球農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域前1%科學(xué)家。 博士課題:valorization of waste cooking oils into value-added bioproducts 課題簡(jiǎn)要:one of the strategies delineated in the australia’s roadmap to halve food waste by 2030 is to create new value from food waste streams and reducing waste ending up in landfill. waste cooking oils is a food waste stream generated from cooking and frying food with vegetable oils. if not properly managed and disposed of, it will block drainage systems, damage concrete, and contaminate soil, plants, and aquatic habitats. an exciting new phd opportunity involving material chemistry, biomass processing and catalysis chemistry exists to develop strategies to upcycle and valorize wco. the project will develop new catalysts/biocatalysts capable of transforming highly acidic oils into valuable bioproducts (biochemicals/biolubricants/biodiesels). 招生要求: a msc or a bsc with 1st class honours (or equivalent) in a relevant science discipline. background or interest in catalytic chemistry and biomass processing technology. knowledge on computational simulation and molecular dynamics to study catalysts is an added advantage. good verbal and written communication skills. 條件待遇: 入選者將自動(dòng)獲得墨爾本大學(xué)各類獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助(https://scholarships.unimelb.edu.au/) 申請(qǐng)方式: 請(qǐng)有意應(yīng)聘者將cover letter跟cv 發(fā)送至ling-zhi cheong教授郵箱: lingzhi.cheong@unimelb.edu.au [ last edited by shencai on 2023-3-30 at 06:54 ] [ Last edited by shencai on 2023-3-30 at 06:55 ] |
