RAI IHPC課題組目前有意招募數(shù)位CV/NLP研究實(shí)習(xí)生，主要負(fù)責(zé)魯棒視覺(jué)系統(tǒng)或大語(yǔ)言模型等。主要面向能夠在新加坡實(shí)習(xí)1年以上的同學(xué)。 About A*STAR: As one of the top-5 research institutes globally, A*STAR is at the forefront of scientific and technological discovery. Our Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC, https://www.a-star.edu.sg/ihpc) is dedicated to advancing the fields of AI through cutting-edge research and innovation. Position Overview: We are seeking several highly motivated and talented research interns to join our team focusing on robust AI systems. This includes exploring and developing solutions in computer vision and natural language processing. The candidate is expected to have a 1year+ internship in Singapore with a competitive allowance. Below are the details of internship positions: 1. Robust Visual Systems Key Responsibilities: • Conduct innovative research in the field of robust visual systems. • Develop algorithms and models to enhance the robustness (adversarial or natural) and efficiency of vision systems. • Collaborate with a team of scientists and contribute to joint projects. • Publish findings in top-tier journals and leading conferences. Qualifications: • The internship period must be 1 year or longer. • Currently enrolled as a PhD candidate. • Strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and related fields. Experience of adversarial attack & defense, robustness, domain generalization, and efficient neural architectures will be a plus. • Demonstrated experience in research, preferably with publications in top-tier journals (e.g., TPAMI, IJCV, TIP, TNNLS, TCYB) or conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR). • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to AI research (e.g., PyTorch, CUDA). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 2. Large Language Model-Based Systems: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct innovative research in natural language processing. • Develop algorithms and models to enhance the robustness and efficiency of large language models. • Collaborate with a team of scientists and contribute to joint projects focusing on applying large language models on healthcare-related areas. • Publish findings in top-tier journals and leading conferences. Qualifications: • The internship period must be 1 year or longer. • Currently enrolled as a PhD candidate. • Strong background in computational linguistics, natural language processing, and related fields. • Demonstrated experience in research, preferably with publications in top-tier journals (e.g., TAACL) or conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR). • Strong Python and Pytorch skills, familiarity in distributed training. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
