PhD Student Position in FEA assisted 3D Printing of Bioinspired Structure at the City University of Hong Kong Contact information: Dr. Xinrui Niu Xinrui.niu at cityu.edu.hk Research website: https://www.niusresearchgroup.org A PhD student position is available in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong with research direction of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) assisted 3D Printing and Mechanical Design of Bioinspired Structure. The interested student could contact Dr. Niu at xinrui.niu@cityu.edu.hk for consideration by sending CV and transcripts. Requirements: • B.S. or M.S. in Solid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics and other related engineering and scientific fields. • An overall GPA not less than 85/100 (the standard could be flexible depending on the tier of universities). • Fulfill the language requirement: a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or 79 (internet-based) is required; or an overall band score of 6.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Additional information: • Monthly Stipend: 18000 HKD. |
