【求助】有沒有那位蟲友做過Zr的合金體系？請教Zr的相轉(zhuǎn)變問題！

Sample Text 小妹現(xiàn)在在做Zr-Y體系的相圖，將合金在1200攝氏度下退火后淬火，然而合金挫粉后做XRD分析的結(jié)果，Zr、Y均沒有出現(xiàn)高溫相�。╖r的相轉(zhuǎn)變溫度在880攝氏度左右，理論上至少Zr應(yīng)該出現(xiàn)高溫β相）。我對此很費解，請教各位高人，能不能幫我分析一下可能出現(xiàn)這種情況的原因（是不是實驗方法不對？Zr的相轉(zhuǎn)變速度特別快？兩相自由能相差不多，高溫β相極易向低溫相轉(zhuǎn)化？），改進的方法？或者告知我所不了解的Zr的特殊性質(zhì)？ 小妹誠心求教，請各位大蝦幫幫我吧~~~�。。� |

some suggestions: 1. carry out dilatometry test - determine the phase transformation temperatures. 2. carry out high temperature XRD Quenching is not always capable of preserving high temperature phases. |

Thank you very much for your answer. I had made DSC detect, and get the phase transformation temperature of Zr is about 880 degree. but the transformation temperture of Y is not clear at region 800-1450 degree. there are not exsit a obvious peak, but just a unconspicuous wave. So I want to make some experiment to sure the high temperture phase. Do you have any good idears? |
