第一個是楊培東的工作,主要講述納米激光器的研制,結(jié)果是novel和important,在技術(shù)上有諸多革新。如果說lieber是納米功能材料的創(chuàng)始者,那么他無疑是納米功能材料的后起之秀,是他真正把納米功能材料發(fā)揚廣大。但吹毛求疵的說,他的這份實際上并沒有什么關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題解決,我甚至懷疑這篇文章的價值并不如他去年Nature上熱電材料的重要性。我想但作為一個納米科學(xué)界的引領(lǐng)者,他的文章應(yīng)該是能引領(lǐng)一個時代的,給別人重大思想啟發(fā)的,和廣發(fā)共鳴的。從這個角度講,楊做到并不夠。或許,他的idea被的背景限制了。 第二個是老王的工作。但王中林其實并是很擅長制備,這篇文章的高引用應(yīng)該與那個時代背景有很大的關(guān)系。同樣這篇工作也不如他06年的納米傳感器工作,把納米尺度的機械能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能,包含有從設(shè)計,到努力到實現(xiàn)的過程。也是從那個時代開始,人們大規(guī)模的使用energy Conversion這類詞,包括楊培東。我相信時間會證明那才是老王最重要的工作。 第三個是夏幼男。從他身上更應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)的不是他的文章,而是他做科研的方式。在2003年,放眼望去,金屬納米顆粒以及被el-sayed和其他兩大課題組占據(jù)。但是夏通過自己的卓越眼光,殺出一條血路來——做金屬納米cages。正所謂走別人的路讓別人無路可走。后來的時間也證明,cages雖然制備困難,但光性能確實優(yōu)于NPs。也正是從那個時間起,人們開始重視shape effets。從這個角度講,我很欣賞他。 個人愚見,另引用很水,el-sayed,nie shuming的工作比上述幾位有過之而無不及。 |
