大家好！我一年前投了一個(gè)國外的雜志，文章審了四輪（每一輪的意見都是小修，審稿人給的意見也不算尖刻）。老板和師兄都認(rèn)為這個(gè)文章沒有問題了，我也指望這篇文章畢業(yè)了。沒想到，前兩天，終審意見終于來了，居然是拒稿！頓時(shí)我是天旋地轉(zhuǎn)啊！我就指望著這篇文章畢業(yè)了，工作也找好了，現(xiàn)在正在寫大論文，現(xiàn)在出現(xiàn)了這種情況，我一是真是手足無措�。� 這個(gè)博士讀了五年了，如果再拖下去，我真是生不如死��！家里都靠著老婆一個(gè)人的工資撐著，本想著到了六月份就解脫，沒想到。。。 頹廢了兩天，我忽然想，是不是可以給主編寫封信再申訴一下？ 下面是主編的信: The reviewing process of your paper referenced above has been completed. Much to my regret, I have to inform you that in the opinion of the reviewers and Associate Editor in charge, the submitted paper is not suitable for publication in the IEEE Transaction on ***. This is already revised version of the manuscript and according to AE and reviewers (I am not sending you their confidential comments) the current version is not qualified for the acceptance. You did not properly addressed issues from previous reviews. At this point the major revision is not the valid option, so the manuscript is rejected. You are of course encouraged to re-submit your manuscript as a new paper including accurate data. For your reference, these comments of the reviewers are enclosed. 這是AE的意見： The paper is fairly well written and presented. I would like to note that the paper has gone through multiple rounds of review. However based on the suggestions given by the authors, the paper needs further revisions. In light of this, I would like to request the authors to revise their manuscript accordingly and re-submit it for consideration as a fresh manuscript. The authors can submit their paper again to the special section on *** once the revised manuscript addresses the issues raised by the reviewers. 就上面的意見，我有幾點(diǎn)疑問： 1.在每一輪的修改中，我都針對(duì)審稿人的意見，仔細(xì)修改了文章，也獲得了審稿人的肯定，審稿人的反饋意見都是同意接收，為什么AE還是給了拒稿的意見？ 2.主編說“I am not sending you their confidential comments”，是不是這個(gè)所謂的秘密審稿意見里面給的意見是負(fù)面的？ 3.都已經(jīng)拖了一年多了，現(xiàn)在AE還說讓我重新投，這是不是只是一個(gè)委婉的說辭？ 4.我?guī)煹芤餐读诉@個(gè)Special Section，并且在去年11月份接收了，是不是雜志社的人不想一下接收同一個(gè)單位的兩篇文章？ 我現(xiàn)在想把整個(gè)審稿過程，包括審稿意見和我的回復(fù)整理一下，給主編寫一封信，申訴一下，不知道是不是可以？在信里面訴訴苦有沒有必要？有朋友有類似的經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎？我記得壇子里面有蟲友寫過哭訴信，文章最后給中了的帖子，不過沒找到。 回想一下整個(gè)過程，有一個(gè)教訓(xùn)，就是凡事還是做好兩手準(zhǔn)備，不能玩走鋼絲的事情��！ 心情很差，寫得很亂，請(qǐng)大家原諒，也請(qǐng)大家給支支招！ 最后祝大家元宵節(jié)快樂，早點(diǎn)畢業(yè)！ ************************************************************ 補(bǔ)充問大家一下：我是直接寫信給主編申訴一下好，還是修改重投好（說老實(shí)話，改了n次，也不知道咋改了）？或者是兩個(gè)都弄一下？ *********************************************************** [ Last edited by commonman on 2010-2-28 at 17:10 ] |
