100金求助翻譯一遍化工英文文獻(xiàn),不要直接用翻譯軟件,以下是文獻(xiàn)摘要,全文在米人里。 Abstract The effect of promoter addition on activity of CeO2/c-Al2O3 was assessed via the CWAO of phenol. Adding Cu as the promoter rendered the most effective performance, followed by Mn, although the performance of Mn-promoted catalyst was inferior to CeO2/ c-Al2O3. Mineralization of phenol was effectively implemented at 160 C using Cu-promoted catalyst (Ce15Cu5). Furthermore, at 180 C this catalyst produced about 100% conversion of phenol (1 h) and 95% removal of chemical oxygen demand (4 h), higher than that of CeO2/c-Al2O3. In contrast, Mn-promoted catalyst (Ce15Mn5) required a temperature above 220 C for acceptable performance. Activity of re-used catalyst declined noticeably, due to deposits of carbonaceous compounds and leaching of metal ions. Regeneration with acetone rinsing after the first run was effective in recovering activity of Ce15Cu5, although after a second run further regeneration with acetone rinsing had only a moderate effect, due to residual carbonaceous deposits and the additive effect of leached metal species in each run. As an alternative to acetone, HCl or HNO3 solution (0.01 M) was less effective at regenerating activity. In promoted catalysts, leached metal ions accounted for the majority of mineralization of phenol, while the solid catalyst played a dual role of initiator and terminator of free radicals. Despite a superior catalytic performance, leaching of Cu2+ from the promoted catalyst caused a severe decline in activity and poses the problem of secondary pollution of treated wastewater. 添加催化劑的引發(fā)劑對催化劑ceo2/c-al203活性的影響可通過苯酚的降解來評(píng)估。添加銅作為引發(fā)劑可得到最好的效果,其次為錳,(雖然錳引發(fā)的催化劑的效果不及ceo2/c-al203) 使用銅做引發(fā)劑的催化劑ce15cu5時(shí),苯酚的成鹽反應(yīng)可在160*c進(jìn)行,180 *c 時(shí),苯酚的轉(zhuǎn)化率高達(dá)100%(1小時(shí)),氧氣的去除率達(dá)95%(4小時(shí)) ,催化效果強(qiáng)于ceo2/c-al203。錳引發(fā)的催化劑ce15mn5則需要220*c。 由于碳化合物和金屬離子的沉淀作用,重復(fù)使用的催化劑其催化效果會(huì)明顯降低。 催化劑的重復(fù)使用 第一次使用過的ce15cu5可以用丙酮淋洗可恢復(fù)活性。由于沉淀的碳化合物和金屬物的影響,即使用丙酮的替代品鹽酸或硝酸(0.01摩爾)溶液,恢復(fù)的效果也不是很理想。含有引發(fā)劑的催化劑在苯酚成鹽反應(yīng)中起著重要的作用,因?yàn)橐l(fā)劑既是自由基的提供者也是終結(jié)者。沒有引發(fā)劑銅,催化劑的活性會(huì)降低很多,但銅離子2+會(huì)對廢水的處理構(gòu)成二次污染,所以,在ceo2-c-al20l3中,最好不用金屬類引發(fā)劑。 |
