| 在裝置中安裝兩根垂直管束代替透氫鈀膜組件,考察了壓降流速曲線、壓力脈動、床層軸向密度分布、床層膨脹率,并與自由床中的氣固流動規(guī)律進行了對比。結果表明,裝置中加入了垂直內(nèi)構件以后降低了床層的壓力脈動;軸向密度較自由床均勻,說明內(nèi)構件具有對破碎氣泡,抑制氣泡長大的能力;與自由床相比,內(nèi)構件流化床具有較小的起始湍動速度和較大的床層膨脹率;結合大量實驗數(shù)據(jù),本文修正了氣泡尺寸計算公式,建立新的適用于該新型膜流化床反應器氣泡直徑模型;實驗結果表明,該模型計算結果可以較準確地描述該反應器湍動狀態(tài)下密相床層顆粒氣泡尺寸,能夠為工業(yè)流化床反應器優(yōu)化設計提供基礎數(shù)據(jù)。 |

Two vertical bundles is installed into the equipment to replace the hydrogen penetrating palladium membrane module.the pressure drop flow rate curve,the pressure pulsation,the bed axial density distribution and bed inflation rate is investigated ,compared with them in the gas-solid flowing law in free bed. Results show that the bed's pressure pulsation is reduced after the vertically inner component being joined into device;Axial density in the bed is more even than that in the free bed, explaining for the breaking and suppressing ability that the inner component have on the bubble;Compared with the free bed ,fluidized bed with inner component have a smaller starting turbulent-speed and larger bed inflation rate;Combined with a lot of experimental data,the calculation formula for bubble size is fixd and the bubble diameter model applicable to the new type membrane fluidized bed reactor is established;Experimental results show that the model's caculated result can accurately describe the bubble size in dense-phase bed under the tuburlent state,which can provide the basic datas for the optimal design of the industrial fluidized bed reactor. |
