研究成果3：2009年10月參加國際與比較教育研究所論文大賽，論文《美國基于合作伙伴關(guān)系培養(yǎng)農(nóng)村師資的范例——阿巴拉契亞教學(xué)聯(lián)盟實(shí)施的農(nóng)村教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃述評》獲得一等獎(jiǎng)。 摘 要：美國農(nóng)村教師數(shù)量的不足及質(zhì)量的低下一直是農(nóng)村教育發(fā)展面臨的棘手問題。面對這些問題，格雷森縣公立學(xué)校，威斯維爾社區(qū)學(xué)院和雷德福大學(xué)聯(lián)手創(chuàng)立了教師教育的合作伙伴——阿巴拉契亞教學(xué)聯(lián)盟，并設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施了農(nóng)村教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，其目的就是為維吉尼亞西南部的格雷森縣提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的教師。這一計(jì)劃具有很多獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但在實(shí)施的過程中也面臨一些挑戰(zhàn)。 研究成果4：2009年6月至今參與導(dǎo)師科研課題——教育部人文社科研究項(xiàng)目《國際基礎(chǔ)教育重大問題比較研究》，在此過程中，作為主要成員參與了課題的研討、指導(dǎo)寫作和統(tǒng)稿的全過程。 |

Research gain 3: The paper with the tile of 《The sample of USA to cultivate the teachers for countryside regions based on cooperation partners relationship-the comment on the cultivating plan of teachers for countryside regions performed by ARBAQIEYA teaching unit》 has been awarded of first-grade prize. Abstract It is remained a thorny problem to inhibit the development of education in countryside regions due to the insufficient as well as low-quality teachers in USA. To open a way to dissolve the dilemma, a cooperated partner for educating teachers, i.e. ARBAQIEYA teaching unit is established among the public established school of GELEISHEN county, WEISIWEIER community institute and LEIFUDE University. They designed and performed the cultivating plan for the teachers in countryside regions with the purpose of providing eligible teachers for the GELEISEN county in the south-west WEIJINIYA. Although displaying many unique advantages, the plan has met many challenges during the performing process. Research gain 4: From Jane of 2009, I have involved in the research topic of my academic advisor-human culture and social science research project 《The compare on the significant problems of international basic education》. During this stage, I joined the whole process by scientific discussion, directing writing and making the final document. |
