大修期限，編輯和投稿系統(tǒng)不一致，IEEE trans，求助哪個(gè)為準(zhǔn)呢？ 已有3人參與

審稿意見(jiàn)是大修。 修改的很多。 編輯郵件說(shuō)3個(gè)月，但投稿系統(tǒng)從120天開(kāi)始的，現(xiàn)在還在倒計(jì)時(shí)。以哪個(gè)為準(zhǔn)呢？ 編輯郵件原文：You are encouraged to resubmit your manuscript within three months of the date of this e-mail. Should you need more time, please contact me with your reasons for needing additional time. If you take more than three months time to send me the revised MS, you will not be able to submit it as a revision of the original manuscript but rather will need to submit it as a new submission to the Transactions on Plasma Science. 主要是編程和計(jì)算花費(fèi)的時(shí)間很長(zhǎng)，搞得嚴(yán)重睡眠不足�？斓�3個(gè)月了，如按系統(tǒng)的期限，就足夠。這種情況大家有遇見(jiàn)過(guò)嗎？是不是需要申請(qǐng)延長(zhǎng)時(shí)間？ 審稿人還提出需要professional English correction service，我真崩潰啊，原文： Please have the paper examined by a professional English correction service.
