【分享】MS5.0.1-Windows版補丁，無金幣限制。 已有1人參與

看到有人發(fā)了個，雖然內(nèi)容重復(fù)，不過這些資源應(yīng)該分享給所有蟲蟲們，所以去掉了討厭的金幣限制。所以把官方鏈接貼出來共享：如果斑竹覺得重復(fù)，刪除即可。 背景：MS5.0發(fā)布后立即就有了兩個補丁，同時也發(fā)布了5.0.1版。理論上說5.0版+兩個補丁后，就是5.0.1版。 補丁1是用來修復(fù)CASTEP在linux上的一些問題。 補丁2是用來修復(fù)Flexible Library definitions在Windows和linux的一些問題。 所以TX們?nèi)绻挥肳indows，那么linux下的補丁1就不必打了。 補丁1： Installation of the CASTEP HotFixOn Linux: Download MS50HotFix1.tar.gz (http://download.accelrys.com/patches/mstudio/MS50HotFix1.tar.gz|ftp://download.accelrys.com/patches/mstudio/MS50HotFix1.tar.gz) and execute the following commands: 1. Decompress and untar the archive tar -xzf MS50HotFix1.tar.gz This operation creates two specific CASTEP binaries MS50HotFix11/castepexe.exe MS50HotFix1/castepexe_mpi.exe These serial (castepexe.exe) and parallel (castepexe_mpi.exe) executables should be used on x86-64 hardware. They should replace the executables provided with the 5.0 Materials Studio release. 2. From the command line, locate the installation directory for Materials Studio: $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin/ where $MS_INSTALL_ROOT is the location of the Materials Studio installation on the Linux server. 3. Create backup copies of the CASTEP binaries in the installation directory cp $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin/castepexe.exe $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin/castepexe_bak.exe cp $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin/castepexe_mpi.exe $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin/castepexe_mpi_bak.exe 4. Replace both castepexe.exe and castepexe_mpi.exe with the binaries from the patch archive, overwriting the original files. cp MS50HotFix1/castepexe.exe $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin cp MS50HotFix1/castepexe_mpi.exe $MS_INSTALL_ROOT/bin Note: Restarting the gateway is not necessary. 補丁2： Installation of the Flexible Library HotFixOn Windows: Download MS50HotFix2.exe(http://download.accelrys.com/patches/mstudio/MS50HotFix2.exe|ftp://download.accelrys.com/patches/mstudio/MS50HotFix2.exe) 1. Ensure you are logged in with Administrative privileges 2. Run the MS50HotFix2.exe to unpack the hotfix 3. Copy the resulting file \MS50HotFix2\lp_version.lic to \Program Files\Accelrys\LicensePack\share\data\server On Linux: Download MS50HotFix2.tar.gz(http://download.accelrys.com/patches/mstudio/MS50HotFix2.tar.gz|ftp://download.accelrys.com/patches/mstudio/MS50HotFix2.tar.gz) 1. Decompress and untar the archive tar -xzf MS50HotFix2.tar.gz This operation creates a file: MS50HotFix2/lp_version.lic This file replaces the lp_version.lic file provided with the Materials Studio 5.0 release. 2. Replace the lp_version.lic in the appropriate directory in your Accelrys License Pack installation with the file from the patch archive: cp MS50HotFix2/lp_version.lic Note: Restarting the gateway is not necessary. 祝大家補丁順利。 |
