Paper ID No.: XXXX Title: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Author(s): XXXXXXXXXXX Email(s): XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Due to review of the ISECS 2010 Committees, Considered for the second Round of Review as the papers of the special issue on “Recent Advances in Electronic Commerce and Information Technology”.This very limited number of high-quality papers of the ISECS 2010. The reviewer comments (will follow in the separate email in the next couple of days) are intended to help you improve your paper before publication. Please revise your paper with considerations of these review comments. ISECS 2010&ISCSCT 2010, we received about 650 papers,only 60 papers are selected as the papers of the special issue on “Recent Advances in Electronic Commerce and Information Technology” and will be published by the special issues on Journal of Computers, Journal of software, Journal of Networks, Journal of Multimedia. A Special Issue is typically made of 10-15 papers, we inform you that camera-ready papers under the 8 pages in length are automatically rejected in second Round of Review, and the camera-ready format is attached. Please include camera-ready paper and Copyright Transfer Agreement in a ZIP format file, naming as the Paper ID No.; for example, Paper ID No.: SP_001’s camera-ready paper and Copyright Transfer Agreement in SP_001.zip.Kindly send to the following system http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isecs2010 before June 10, 2010, selects the “Considered papers of Special Issue" option and follow the instructions given). Acceptance official notification will be Email in June 20,Each accepted paper must have a Regular Registration (EUR 360 or RMB 3500, 8 pages) before June 30, 2010, and presented at the ISECS 2010. Regular registration includes one copy of the Journal, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, conference lunches, and the conference dinner banquet.Extra Page Charge per page over this 8-page limit is EUR 50 or RMB 500.
