連續(xù)梁、連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋施工中腹板產(chǎn)生裂縫的機(jī)理及對(duì)策 摘 要:隨著連續(xù)梁和連續(xù)剛構(gòu)廣泛的應(yīng)用,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些橋梁在施工過(guò)程中腹板出現(xiàn)裂縫。裂縫的出現(xiàn)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性和使用性都有很大的影響。本文主要討論了連續(xù)梁、連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋在采用懸臂現(xiàn)澆法施工時(shí),由于縱向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋偏離設(shè)計(jì)位置,造成腹板出現(xiàn)裂縫,并結(jié)合實(shí)際橋梁,運(yùn)用ansys分析有豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力和無(wú)豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力作用對(duì)腹板內(nèi)縱向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋偏移后主拉應(yīng)力的影響。由此說(shuō)明,在施工過(guò)程中豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力是控制腹板內(nèi)部主拉應(yīng)力的有效手段。并得出在實(shí)際施工過(guò)程中不妨考慮先張拉豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋,再?gòu)埨v向預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋行,以防止腹板混凝土內(nèi)主拉應(yīng)力超過(guò)混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度而造成開(kāi)裂的結(jié)論。 關(guān)鍵詞:連續(xù)梁 連續(xù)鋼構(gòu) 腹板 裂縫 謝謝各位了! Continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge construction web Mechanism and countermeasures of cracks abstract:With the continuous beams and rigid frame a wide range of applications, cracks in the web are fond in a number of bridges during construction.The emergence of cracks on the structural durability and usability has a significant impact. When continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge in place using cantilever construction method,This paper discusses that as the deviation from the design of longitudinal prestressed reinforcement position, resulting in web cracks , and Combined with the actual bridge, using ansys analysis is vertical prestressed and non-vertical prestress on the web within the longitudinal tensile stress in prestressed reinforced the impact of migration Houzhu. Results suggest that, in the construction process is to control vertical prestress within the web an effective means of principal tensile stress.And Obtained in the actual construction process may wish to consider the first vertical prestressed tension, then the longitudinal prestressed tension lines to prevent web principal tensile stress in concrete exceeds the tensile strength of concrete cracking caused by the conclusions.
