|
席夫堿是一類非常重要的含氮有機(jī)物，席夫堿化合物在分析化學(xué)、高分子化學(xué)、催化、醫(yī)藥等方面表現(xiàn)出許多獨特的性能，成為當(dāng)今的研究熱點之一；在席夫堿的合成過程靈活地選擇各種胺類和帶羰基的不同醛類和酮類反應(yīng)，改變?nèi)〈铣刹煌南驂A。本論文利用直接合成法，將4-羥基苯甲醛和苯胺、對甲基苯胺、鄰甲基苯胺、對甲氧基苯胺、對氯苯胺反應(yīng)合成不同的席夫堿，通過測量紫外、紅外以及核磁來表征其產(chǎn)物，研究其光譜性質(zhì)。 專有名詞 席夫堿 schiff base苯胺、對甲基苯胺、鄰甲基苯胺、對甲氧基苯胺、對氯苯胺aniline, p-methylaniline, p-methoxyaniline o-methoxyaniline ,p-chloroaniline |

Schiff base ,indicates many special performances in analytical chemistry, polymer chemistry, catalysis, pharmaceutical and so on, is a very important kind of nitrogen-containing organic compounds and becomes one of the study focus. In the synthesis of Schiff a variety of amine and carbonyl groups with different aldehydes and ketones are chosed flexibility , changed the substituent, to synthesize different schiff base. In this thesis, used the direct synthesis , the 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde and aniline, p-toluidine, o-toluidine, anisidine, p-chloroaniline was synthesized different Schiff base,by measuring the ultraviolet, infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance to characterize the product of the spectrum. |
