In view of his/her recommendations, we cannot accept your paper for publication in this Journal. Even though the origin of the magnetic property is not completely expained (may not be straightforward), I suport publication of the revised manuscript. 盡管總體的評(píng)價(jià)仍然是fair，但編輯最后還是同意發(fā)表了。 這樣，從1月14號(hào)投出去，到5月11號(hào)接受，差不多經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)月的時(shí)間，期間經(jīng)歷兩次修改，一次退稿。雖然審稿人的總體評(píng)價(jià)不是太好，只是fair（不像去年的評(píng)價(jià)是very good）但感覺編輯還是欣賞我們的工作，所以退稿了，還是給我們機(jī)會(huì)修改和辯護(hù)。在總體評(píng)價(jià)不是很好的情況下，還是接受了。 所以，大家如果覺得自己工作好的話，一定要盡量爭(zhēng)取。再給editor寫信的時(shí)候，一定要就事論事，不要偏激。有時(shí)候有些審稿人的意見可能比較過分，但也要有禮有節(jié)。這樣編輯就會(huì)傾向于你。這個(gè)也是在吸取以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上才總結(jié)出來的。去年我們有篇文章投到 Chem. Phys. Lett.，意見回來后，我們修改時(shí)，對(duì)其中一個(gè)審稿人的意見回答得不是很好，結(jié)果被拒。后來給editor寫信申辯，可能帶有一定的主觀情緒，結(jié)果還是被拒。 建議大家在這方面多交流交流，我也看到本版的有很多有益的帖子，所以把自己坎坷經(jīng)歷貼上來，供大家參考。^_^ |
