用DSC研究了熔融溫度與熔融時(shí)間對(duì)PC/PU共混體系中PC結(jié)晶行為的影響。不同的熔融溫度和熔融時(shí)間對(duì)共混物的結(jié)晶行為影響表明，在相同的熔融溫度條件下，PC的結(jié)晶峰溫度隨著熔融時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)向低溫方向移動(dòng)，結(jié)晶峰溫度和結(jié)晶焓值逐漸降低，結(jié)晶峰逐漸變寬；在相同的熔融時(shí)間條件下，PC的結(jié)晶峰溫度隨著熔融溫度的提高向低溫方向移動(dòng)，結(jié)晶峰溫度按200℃>220℃>240℃降低。 DSC was used to study the impact of the fusion temperature and time on the crystallinity of PC in PC/PU blends. It is concluded, from the different influence of fusion temperature and time, that under the same fusion temperature, Tc of PC gets lower with the prolonging of the fusion time. Meanwhile, the enthalpy of crystallinity gets lower and the width of the peak gets broader. Under the same fusion time, Tc of PC gets towards a lower temperature with the increase of fusion temperature. Tc gets lower according to the sequence of 200℃>220℃>240℃. |

Different melting temperature and melting time on the crystallization behavior of blends impact that the melting temperature in the same conditions, PC with the melting temperature of the crystallization peak time shifts to low temperature, crystallization peak temperature and crystallization enthalpy decreases , crystallization peak becomes wider; at the same time under the conditions of melting, PC crystallization peak temperature increased with the melting temperature shifts to low temperature, the crystallization peak temperature by 200 ℃> 220 ℃> 240 ℃ lower. |
