求助！！下午要交差了，但是有點(diǎn)難辦的事情沒(méi)時(shí)間翻譯了 哪位朋友能幫忙翻譯下，感激不盡��！ 在線等 ， 謝謝各位了��！ The use of NaBH4-H2SO4 for the reduction of α-amino acids to the corresponding amino alcohols offers definite advantages: i) operational simplicity, ii) ease of scaling up the reaction without risking explosion, and iii) use of the inexpensive reagents. During the course of our recent studies of bisoxazoline chemistry[1] we need to develop a convenient and reliable procedure for the mole-scale synthesis of α,β-amino alcohols from the corresponding α-amino acids. Although there exist several methods[2], including those described in Organic Syntheses,(and also some amino alcohols are commercially available) these methods require the use of rather expensive reagents (e.g.,LiBH4, BH3-SMe2) and/or careful control of reaction conditions to minimize the risk of explosion that may occur after the induction period. We recommend herein the use of the two inexpensive reagents, NaBH4 and H2SO4, as exemplified by the reduction of D-phenylglycine. |

| 使用NaBH4-H2SO4以減少相應(yīng)氨基醇的α-氨基酸用量具有一定的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：i) 操作簡(jiǎn)單，ii) 便于反應(yīng)的放大，同時(shí)避免了爆炸的危險(xiǎn)，iii) 用廉價(jià)的反應(yīng)試劑。在雙惡唑啉化學(xué)的最新研究過(guò)程中，我們需要開(kāi)發(fā)一種方便、可靠的摩爾級(jí)別合成反應(yīng)以便從相應(yīng)的α-氨基酸得到α,β-amino alcohols。盡管目前有幾種可供選擇的方法，包括在有機(jī)合成雜志中提到過(guò)的（以及一些市售氨基醇的合成方法），但是這些方法都需要用到昂貴的試劑（如LiBH4, BH3-SMe2），而且必須小心監(jiān)控反應(yīng)條件以減小在誘導(dǎo)期爆炸的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此以NaBH4-H2SO4對(duì)D -苯甘氨酸的還原為例證，我們推薦使用NaBH4-H2SO4這兩種廉價(jià)的試劑。 |
