初次投稿都是要是要求修改被拒，想請(qǐng)教 已有21人參與

上次也是只要修改和回答問(wèn)題結(jié)果被拒了。這次是回答問(wèn)題，初次投稿，回答問(wèn)題都很僵硬，不知道怎么回答更好一點(diǎn)，下面就請(qǐng)各位幫忙一下把！�。� 三個(gè)審稿人 第一個(gè) Publication of this manuscript is recommended after modification. (1) The author should discuss the reason of best choice of CuBr, and why others Cu(I) salts, such as CuI, CuCl gave the poor results? 我的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果就是CuBr得到80%的產(chǎn)率，但是其他的產(chǎn)率都10%不到，不知道怎么回答，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果就是這樣啊！ (2) The author should explain the reason of use of equivalent of CuBr in the reaction. 同樣的痛，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果就是這樣，當(dāng)降低用量產(chǎn)率就減少了。 我該怎么回答？ (3) There are a lot of mistakes, such as grammar, spelling, symbol et al., the author should polish the manuscript before publication. 第二個(gè)審稿人 I suggest that one typical procedure should be provided in the experimental section. If using TsN3 as the substrate, Is that possible to get the corresponding coupling product. 像這種問(wèn)題，是不是TsN3做不出來(lái)就不行？ 第三個(gè)審稿人 直接被拒（那還需要回答他的問(wèn)題嗎？） this reaction needs a large amount Fe as well as Cu(I), which is worse than previous methods. On the other hand, this reaction has obviously substrate limitation. How about the reaction with alkyl azides, alkyl aldehydes? So, the current manuscript is not recommended to publish 真心希望高人指點(diǎn)。本人真的很希望有篇文章。 |
