采用蟹殼粉(100目)作為吸附劑,對牡蠣水解液中的Cd2+、Cr2+、Pb2+以及As等重金屬離子進行了靜態(tài)和動態(tài)吸附試驗,分別從蟹殼粉投加量、溶液初始pH值、脫除震蕩時間等方面對蟹殼粉的吸附性能進行了研究。試驗結果表明,蟹殼粉對于牡蠣水解液中的重金屬離子吸附性能良好,脫除率均能達到50%左右。在溶液初始pH分別為5,5,4,6時,蟹殼粉對Cd2+、Pb2+、Cr2+、As的脫除效果最好,脫除率分別為74.95%,69.53%,54.51%和95.95%。蟹殼對Cd2+、Cr2+、Pb2+以及As的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等溫模型。獲得的動力學數據表明,金屬吸附速度快,當吸附時間超過60min后,吸附較慢,當吸附到達240min時,吸附趨于完成。較高的相關系數符合Ho Y S 二級吸附動力學模型。 關鍵詞:蟹殼粉 重金屬 鉻 鎘 鉛 砷 脫除率 吸附量 |

Static and dynamic adsorption experiments were performed to the Cd2 +, Cr2 +, Pb2 + and other heavy metal ions in the hydrolysis of oysters with crab shell powder (100 mesh) as adsorbent to study the impacts of crab shell powder dosage, initial pH value of solution and time for shock removal on absorption properties of crab shell powder. The results showed that crab shell powder had strong ability of adsorbing heavy metal ions in the hydrolysis of oysters and the removal rate can reach 50%. Best removal effect reached at the Initial pH in the solution of 5,5,4,6 respectively, in particular for the ions of Cd2 +, Pb2 +, Cr2 +, and the removal rate for each of the four was 74.95%, 69.53%, 54.51% and 95.95% respectively . The adsorption of crab shell powder for Cd2 +, Cr2 +, Pb2 + conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model. The kinetic data obtained showed that the metal adsorption was at high speed, but it slowed down after 60min and finished at 240min.
