本實驗從理論和試驗方面研究了頭發(fā)與天然染料蘇木精之間的相互作用,為天然染料的配方和染發(fā)工藝提供理論依據(jù)。主要內(nèi)容如下: 1)建立了不同pH值下蘇木精紫外吸光度與濃度之間的相互關系,求出中性條件下頭發(fā)與天然染料之間相互作用的吉布斯自由能變化、焓變及熵變。結果表明,在所測溫度范圍內(nèi),蘇木精在頭發(fā)上的吸附基本滿足Langmuir等溫吸附關系式,求得吉布斯自由能變化和焓變均小于零,系統(tǒng)的熵變大于零。 2)利用量化軟件考察了蘇木精與頭發(fā)模型的相互作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)蘇木精與肽鍵相互作用時,主要通過肽鍵頭發(fā)分子片段上的羰基與蘇木精分子發(fā)生作用。計算結果表明,系統(tǒng)的吉布斯自由能變化和焓變均小于零,系統(tǒng)的熵變大于零,與試驗結果一致。 |

The experiment investigates how hair interact with hematoxylin, a natural dye, pratically and theoretically, which provides theoretical foundation for ingredients of natural dyes and coloring process. The gists are as follows: 1.Relation between adsorption of hematoxylin and concentration under varios pH is determined, including changes in Gibbs free energy, enthalpy and entropy of the interaction between hair and the natural dye under neutral condition. The results shows that during the scope of temperature in experiment, the adsorption of hematoxylin on hair basically agrees with Langmuir adsorption isotherm formula. Both Gibbs free energy change and enthalpy change are less than 0, while entropy change is more than 0. 2.With the help of software of quantum chemistry, investigation of the model of the interaction between hematoxylin and hair reveals that it occurs through the carbonyl group of peptide bond of hair interacts with hematoxylin. The calculation shows that both Gibbs free energy change and enthalpy change are less than 0, while entropy change is more than 0. This accords with the experimental result. |
