招聘單位：山東盛大納米科技研究院 http://www.shengdatech.com 一、化學(xué)工藝工程師：（Process Engineer） 工作地點：川沙，上海 Work Location: , Chuansha， Shanghai 匯報對象：研究院工程技術(shù)部主任 Reporting to: Director of Engine &Technology Department 職位描述 JOB OBJECTIVES: 經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)后，這個職位將負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的導(dǎo)入、試產(chǎn)的安排、生產(chǎn)指導(dǎo)，現(xiàn)場異常問題的及時解決，生產(chǎn)工藝的改善、產(chǎn)品性能及結(jié)構(gòu)方面的改善、包括工藝指導(dǎo)書的編寫等 After training, this position will focus on new product introduction, pilot production arrangements, production direction, trouble shooting on site, production process improvement, product performance and structural improvements, and the developing process instructions, etc. 主要工作范圍: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場的生產(chǎn)工藝及技術(shù)改進。 Be responsible for on-site production process and technology improvement. 2.及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決生產(chǎn)過程中的技術(shù)問題，保障生產(chǎn)的順利進行。 Find out and resolve technical problems in the production process to ensure smooth production. 3.參與并管理新產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的中試項目。 Participate in and manage new product-related pilot projects. 4.編寫現(xiàn)場工藝指導(dǎo)手冊。 Preparation of booklet of index on-site process 能力要求： REQUIREMENTS: 1.碩士及碩士以上化學(xué)工藝、化工機械相關(guān)專業(yè)，有現(xiàn)場經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。 Master or above of Chemical Technology, Chemical Machinery related; on-site experience preferred 2.較好的英語交流能力及書寫能力 Fluent in both Chinese and English for both Spoken and written; CET-6 or above 3.較好的溝通能力和學(xué)習(xí)，客戶中心原則，團隊合作，對新技術(shù)感興趣。 Good communication skill, fast learner, team work spirit, curious about new technologies 4.能在壓力下工作，適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差 Be able to work under pressure and frequent business trips 二、實驗室技術(shù)支持：（Lab Supervisor） 工作地點：川沙，上海 Work Location: , Chuansha， Shanghai 匯報對象：研究院工程技術(shù)部主任 Reporting to: Director of Engine & Technology Department 職位描述 JOB OBJECTIVES: 這個職位將負(fù)責(zé)實驗室日常管理，包括實驗室安全、衛(wèi)生、規(guī)范檢查，文檔管理，設(shè)備維護，儀器校正等。 This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, coordinating EHS，experiment process review, document management, instrument maintenance and calibration. 主要工作范圍: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實驗室有關(guān)EHS的相關(guān)活動和培訓(xùn)。 Lead the EHS activities of lab. 2.協(xié)調(diào)研究院各個研發(fā)部門對實驗室的需求。 Coordinate with all R&D teams’ requirements in the Institute to balance the lab resource. 3.熟練掌握實驗室的分析儀器設(shè)備，建立并管理實驗室設(shè)備的操作規(guī)程及使用方法培訓(xùn)。 Expert on analytical instruments in lab, set up/manage the lab instrument SOP and develop/implement training process for new users. 4.參與分析測試相關(guān)的攻關(guān)項目、課題研究及公司業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分析方法建立。 Join company projects which are analyses related and set up the SOP. 5.負(fù)責(zé)儀器的日常維護和問題解決并協(xié)調(diào)儀器供應(yīng)商相關(guān)服務(wù)。 Day-to-day troubleshoot analytical instrumental problems and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and service. 能力要求： REQUIREMENTS: 1.化學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士。 MS in Chemistry related. 2.有實驗室管理經(jīng)驗。 Good experience on leading a lab. 3.較好的英語交流能力及書寫能力 Fluent in both Chinese and English for both Spoken and written; ECT-6 or above 4.較好的溝通能力和學(xué)習(xí)，客戶中心原則， 團隊合作，對新技術(shù)感興趣。 Good communication skill fast learner ,customer focus ,team work spirit ,curious about new technologies 以上崗位具體待遇面議 有意者請將簡歷發(fā)至shengda0602@yahoo.cn]有意者請將簡歷發(fā)至shengda0602@yahoo.cn，并注明信息來源。 有效期至2010年6月30日 [ Last edited by lewus on 2010-6-4 at 17:53 ] |
