關(guān)于J-1簽證兩年服務(wù)期未滿再次申請(qǐng)J-1簽證的問(wèn)題 已有1人參與

一年半前，有一個(gè)交流學(xué)生的機(jī)會(huì)持J-1簽證去美國(guó)，當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)有考慮太多，里面是不是符合兩年服務(wù)期也沒(méi)有看，現(xiàn)在國(guó)家公派可以再過(guò)去兩年，但是我的上一個(gè)DS2019表是在11年3月31才滿了兩年服務(wù)期，我是在09年4月1號(hào)回國(guó)的。 我的問(wèn)題是： 現(xiàn)在可以再次申請(qǐng)j-1簽證嗎？ 如果不能，下次申請(qǐng)需要等4月1號(hào)之后還是只要我的DS2019表上寫(xiě)的是11年4月1號(hào)之后（比如預(yù)約簽證在3月份）？ 希望有了解的人士指點(diǎn)一二。 |

If the exchange visitor is subject to INA 212(e) requirement, he or she cannot change his or status to that of H, L, K, or immigrant lawful permanent resident (LPR) until he or she has returned to his/her home country for at least two-years or received a waiver of that requirement.
