| 隨著連續(xù)梁和連續(xù)剛構(gòu)廣泛的應(yīng)用,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些橋梁在施工過(guò)程中腹板出現(xiàn)裂縫。本文運(yùn)用彈性力學(xué)計(jì)算混凝土腹板三向受力情況下的主拉應(yīng)力,并對(duì)比腹板內(nèi)最大主拉應(yīng)力與混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系,由此說(shuō)明腹板產(chǎn)生裂縫的原因。結(jié)合實(shí)際橋梁,運(yùn)用ansys建立三維實(shí)體模型模擬連續(xù)梁、連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋在采用懸臂現(xiàn)澆法施工時(shí)四種工況下混凝土腹板受力狀態(tài),計(jì)算得出最大主拉應(yīng)力分別為:1.04MPa、3.93MPa、2.81MPa和-0.47MPa。因此說(shuō)明豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力能有效控制腹板混凝土的主拉應(yīng)力,為預(yù)防混凝土腹板內(nèi)部主拉應(yīng)力超過(guò)混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度,應(yīng)在施工時(shí)先張拉豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力,其次張拉水平預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋,最后在張拉豎彎預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋。 |

| With the continuous beams and rigid frame a wide range of applications found in the construction of some bridges cracks in the web. In this paper, calculation of elasticity of concrete webs three cases to force the main tensile stress, and compared the maximum principal tensile stress within the webs and the relationship between the tensile strength of concrete, thus explain the reasons for crack web. Combined with the actual bridge, the establishment of three-dimensional solid model using ansys simulation of a continuous beam, continuous rigid frame bridge in place cantilever construction method with the four operating conditions when the stress state of concrete webs, calculated the maximum principal tensile stress, respectively: 1.04MPa , 3.93MPa, 2.81MPa and-0.47MPa. Therefore, effective control of vertical webs of prestressed concrete principal tensile stress, for the prevention of concrete principal tensile stress exceeds the internal webs of concrete tensile strength, should be first in the construction of vertical prestress tension, followed by the level of prestress tension steel, and finally tensioned prestressed reinforced vertical curve. |
