Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. Submit a standard paper should not succeed 5 pages (two columns IEEE format), including figures and references with 10-12 point font. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the IEEE Authors Tools. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work. Complete manuscripts must be electronically submit to the following system https://www.enjoywise.org/gcse2010/openconf/openconf.php.All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions or poster sessions. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present at the conference, otherwise their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference. The proceedings will be published before the conference. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex. 1、GCSE2010會(huì)議論文集由IEEE CPS出版，會(huì)議論文集將被IEEE、EI、ISTP等檢索。 2、經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格評(píng)選出的優(yōu)秀論文將以專刊的形式推薦發(fā)表在SCI、EI外文期刊，目前SCI推薦篇數(shù)10~20篇，EI期刊推薦篇數(shù)40~80篇： GCSE2010已與International Journal of Pattern Recognition and Artificial Intelligence (IJPRAI)期刊(SCI源刊)合作，遴選本屆大會(huì)的優(yōu)秀論文出版模式識(shí)別和人工智能方向的專刊，并邀請(qǐng)IJPRAI的主編，IAPR Fellow and ISIBM Fellow，Prof. Patrick S. P.
