本文利用有機(jī)高分子作為模板,硝酸鈰和碳酸氫銨為原料,控制合成超細(xì)氧化鈰。通過對(duì)PSS濃度、加料方式、陳化時(shí)間等的研究尋找最好的制備條件。采用掃描電鏡、粒度儀、比表面積儀等手段進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,利用有機(jī)物PSS為模板劑合成的超細(xì)氧化鈰的條件為:正加,攪拌速度為300r/min,陳化時(shí)間為3h。 采用本方法制備出的氧化鈰為薄片狀顆粒,當(dāng)PSS濃度為0.5mol/L是效果最好,但由于時(shí)間有限,不能考慮其他制備條件,所制顆粒形狀不規(guī)則,有待進(jìn)一步研究。 [ Last edited by srdong1233 on 2010-6-16 at 16:47 ] |

翻譯如下: This text take organic polymer as a template ,cerous nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate as raw materials,controlling synthetize superfine cerium oxide . we try to determine the best Preparation Conditions by conducting research to find the optimal consistency of PSS , charging style and value of aging time .Characterised by scanning electron microscope (SEM) ,WQL and surface area analyzer , it is showed by the result that the optimal Preparation Conditions to synthetize superfine cerium oxide comes down to this : Ortho charging ,stirring rate being 300r/min and aging time being 3h. The cerium oxide obtained by this procedure are flaky particles, and the best result will be got when PSS's concentration is 0.5mol/L. However, further investigation should be carried out, due to the time limit, no sufficient conditions for preparation, and the irregular shaped particles. |
