從圖6可見(jiàn),在第二相粒子含量較多(f>5%)時(shí),第二相粒子含量越多,兩類(lèi)曲線分離越明顯。在相同模擬時(shí)間下,棒狀比圓形第二相粒子的晶粒平均尺寸小,說(shuō)明棒狀第二相粒子釘扎效果比圓形第二相粒子更好。因?yàn)閳A形第二相粒子是等軸粒子,其空間對(duì)稱性好而沒(méi)有取向差異,對(duì)晶粒演化的限制較。话魻畹诙嗔W邮欠堑容S粒子,在基體中就會(huì)有一定的空間幾何取向,從圖1(c)和圖2(c)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),晶界與棒狀第二相粒子之間的接觸幾乎都是線接觸,晶粒沿垂直于棒狀第二相粒子長(zhǎng)度方向的長(zhǎng)大過(guò)程受到抑制,使晶界呈現(xiàn)方向性,所以棒狀第二相粒子對(duì)于晶粒組織長(zhǎng)大的釘扎作用必然大于圓形第二相粒子。 專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯: 棒狀第二相:spherical second-particles 圓形第二相:stick second-particles |
