精密稱取11.92mg的GA對照品，加甲醇定容到100ml作為儲備液，分別移取取上述儲備液2ml，3ml，4ml，5ml，6ml于25ml容量瓶中用甲醇定容，375nm測定吸光度，繪出GA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線，得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線方程A=0.02519*C+0.02003(R=0.9997). 精密度試驗：選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線范圍內(nèi)的低、中、高、三個濃度，375nm測定吸光度，計算RSD。 |

In order to prepare a reserve solution, accurently weigh 11.92g of check sample GA, add 100mL of methane into a volumetric flask to the scale mark. To five 25mL volumetric flasks, 2mL,3mL,4mL,5mL,6mL of the reserve solution is added and additional methane is added to the scale mark. Determine the absorbency at 375nm, draw standard curve of GA, from which derive the standard curve equation A=0.02519*C+0.02003(R=0.9997). Accuracy test: choose three point on standard curve represent low, media, and high concentration respectively, determine the absorbency at 375nm, and then calculate the value of RSD. |
