摘要：論述了化學沉淀法合成納米羥基磷灰石的過程，以Ca(OH)2和Na3PO4為原料，在超聲波輔助下，控制Ca／P原子比為1.67、適當?shù)腘a3P04滴加速率和攪拌強度等件，用SEM、XRD和HIR對目標產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)和粒度進行了分析。結(jié)果表明，滴定完后溶液在常溫下反應(yīng)1h。產(chǎn)物用無水乙醇洗滌可獲得純度、結(jié)晶度、顆粒度和分散性均較好的羥基磷灰石粉體。 關(guān)鍵詞：納米羥基磷灰石；超聲化學；燒結(jié) |

Abstract: Nano-hydroxyapatite was synthesized by chemical precipitation process under the conditions below: Ca (OH) 2 and Na3PO4 were used as raw materials, an ultrasonic oscillatator was used to oscillating the system, the atomic ratio of Ca and P was controlled as 1.67, Na3P04 was dropped at appropriate rate and stirring intensity. The structure and size of target product was analyzed by SEM photos, XRD and HIR. The results show that the product, which was obtained by standing the reaction solution at room temperature for one hour after titration, was washed with anhydrous ethanol to get hydroxyapatite powder with high purity and crystallinity, and the particle size and dispersion was good.
