摘要:以Ca(OH)2和磷化渣與氫氧化鈉反應(yīng)得到的Na3PO4為原料,在常溫、超聲波輔助下,控制Ca/P原子比為1.67、適當(dāng)?shù)腘a3P04滴加速率和攪拌強(qiáng)度等條件,用SEM、XRD和HIR對目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)和粒度進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,用該法可獲得純度、結(jié)晶度、顆粒度和分散性均較好的羥基磷灰石粉體。 關(guān)鍵詞:納米羥基磷灰石;超聲化學(xué);燒結(jié);磷化渣 下面是改過的。 (School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Xiangtan University,Xiangtan 411105) Abstract: Nano hydroxyapatite was synthesized by chemical precipitation process under the conditions below: Ca (OH) 2 and Na3PO4 were used as raw materials, an ultrasonic oscillatator was used to oscillating the system, the atomic ratio of Ca and P was controlled as 1.67, Na3P04 was dropped at appropriate rate and stirring intensity. The structure and size of target product was analyzed by SEM photos, XRD and HIR. The results show that the product, which was obtained by standing the reaction solution at room temperature for one hour after titration, was washed with anhydrous ethanol to get hydroxyapatite powder with high purity and crystallinity, and the particle size and dispersion was good. One thing is quite sure that we wouldn't use "SEM photos", as people wouldn't use "XRD diagrams".![]() The term "SEM photos" could be used during the discussions UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDISTIONS: 1. you are referring to that particular photo; 2. you are talking about the photo itself instead of the contents of it; etc. well, you may have your own preferences.
