| 造紙黑液中30%-35%左右為無機(jī)物，主要為NaOH、Na2SO4、Na2S、Na2SiO3、Na2CO3等，65%-70%為有機(jī)物，主要為木質(zhì)素，以及殘留的纖維素、半纖維素等。利用造紙黑液制備活性炭國內(nèi)外研究比較多，但都是利用造紙黑液經(jīng)酸析提取木質(zhì)素后，再制備活性炭。但是其制備工藝復(fù)雜，收率低，所制備的活性炭灰分高，應(yīng)用困難。從資源利用和黑液處理來說，最好是將黑液直接用于制備活性炭。本實驗直接將造紙黑液與椰殼渣混合，以造紙黑液中殘堿為活化劑，再補(bǔ)充一定量的活化劑KOH，制備活性炭。 |

| 30% -35% of the black liquor paper producing are inorganic compound, mainly containing NaOH, Na2SO4, Na2S, Na2SiO3, Na2CO3, etc.. 65% -70% are organic compound, mainly containing lignin and residual cellulose, hemicellulose, and so on. Black liquor is always used to prepare activated carbon at home and abroad. However, the preparation of activated carbon is based on the extraction of lignin after acid separation out of black liquor. The preparation process is complex with low yield and high ash content of activated carbon, which is difficult in application. For better resource use and handling of black liquor, black liquor is directly used to prepare activated carbon. In this study, black liquor was directly mixed with the coconut residue, using the alkali black liquor residual as an activator and certain amount of KOH as additional activator, to prepare activated carbon. |
