| 丁醇(1-丁醇, n-butanol)主要用于鄰苯二甲酸正丁酯、脂肪二元酸和磷酸丁酯、丙烯酸丁酯及醋酸丁酯等；可經(jīng)過氧化生產(chǎn)丁醛或丁酸；還可用作油脂、醫(yī)藥和香料的提取溶劑以及醇酸樹脂的添加劑等。還可用作有機(jī)染料和印刷油墨的溶劑、脫蠟劑。 辛醇(2-乙基己醇, 2-ethyl hexanol)主要用于生產(chǎn)鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、對苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)、己二酸二辛酯(DOA)等增塑劑和丙烯酸辛酯、表面活性劑等，可用作照相造紙涂料和紡織等行業(yè)的溶劑，柴油和潤滑油的添加劑，陶瓷行業(yè)釉漿分散劑、礦石浮選劑、消泡劑、清凈劑等。近幾年來,我國丁醇和辛醇表觀消費(fèi)量分別達(dá)到58.7萬t和82.2萬t，產(chǎn)品自給率不足50％，是世界長期的最大的進(jìn)口國。 |

| Butanol, including 1-butanol and n-butanol, is mainly used to manufacture dibutyl phthalate, binary acid fat, butyl phosphate, butyl acrylate, butyl acetate, and so on. It can be oxidized to produce butyraldehyde and butyricacid and also used as solvent for grease, medicine and spice, as well as additive for alkydresin. Besides, butanol serves the purpose of solvent for organic dyestuff and dewaxing agent for printing ink. Octanol, named 2-ethylhexanol, mostly acts as plasticizer for making dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) and dioctyl akipate (DOA), surfactant for octyl acrylate, solvents in fields of photograph, papermaking, paint and textile, additive for diesel oil and lubricant oil, dispersant for glazeslip in ceramics industry, flotating chemicall for mineral, as well as defoamer and detergent additive, and so on. The apparent consumption of butanol and octanol of China reach 58.7t and 82.2t respectively in recent years. The degree of self-sufficiency is less than 50%, which means that China will be the No.1 butanol and octanol exporter for a long period in future. |

| Butanol (1 - butanol, n-butanol) is used to synthetize n-butyl phthalate, fatty acid and phosphate binary butyl, as well as butyl acrylate and butyl acetate, etc. What is more, butyraldehyde or D acid can be produced through the oxidation of butanol, and it can also be used as additives in oil, pharmaceutical and perfume extraction solvent and alkyd resins along with solvent, dewaxing agent in organic dyes and printing ink. Octanol (2 - ethylhexyl alcohol, 2-ethyl hexanol) is mainly used for the production of plasticizers such as dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP), Dioctyl Adipate (DOA) together with octyl acrylate and surface active agent. Octanol can also be used as solvent of photographic paper coating and textile industries, additives of diesel oil and lubricating oil, dispersant, ore flotation agent, defoamer , detergent, etc in ceramics glaze. In recent years, China's apparent consumptions of butanol and octanol have respectively reached 587,000 t and 822,000t, however the product self-sufficiency rate is less than 50%, making China the largest importer in the world for a long term. |
