可精確優(yōu)化各零件之間壽命匹配性和整體剛度。精度和完全基于有限元的優(yōu)化結(jié)果非常接近。完全基于有限元的優(yōu)化至少需要數(shù)月的時間才能完成,但利用MASTA最多只需要半小時就可以完成。

行星齒輪系最大的技術(shù)難點是行星齒輪之間的均載問題。利用SMT本設計技術(shù),不需要太陽輪和齒圈浮動,也不需要提高制造和裝配精度,就可達到行星齒輪之間載荷均勻分配的目的。

目前風電齒輪箱的設計方案都沒有有效地將風葉的彎矩,顛覆力矩等對齒輪箱有害的力和力矩在齒輪箱輸入端之前過濾掉。另外再摻入行星齒輪之間載荷不均問題,使得外力和內(nèi)力兩種問題交織在一起,解決起來十分棘手。目前常用的對策是在齒輪箱內(nèi)部采用至少兩類浮動零件以使各零件自動找到相對最佳的位置。但這種對策需要在大量實驗基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出相應的關(guān)鍵經(jīng)驗,否則浮動件和固定件之間相對運動會導致過分的磨損,浮動件本身也會導致過大的振動與噪音。
