| 鎳鈷類過渡金屬精細(xì)粉體材料,包括單一金屬氧化物粉末、單質(zhì)粉末、人造金剛石領(lǐng)域用作粉末觸媒的金屬合金粉末等,是一類具有特殊結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的重要功能材料,廣泛應(yīng)用于電子信息、清潔能源、石油化工、精細(xì)陶瓷等現(xiàn)代基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)領(lǐng)域及國防軍工高端領(lǐng)域。目前來看,對粉體材料的研究首先是著重于發(fā)展各種新的精細(xì)粉體的制備方法。探索一種化學(xué)組成準(zhǔn)確均勻化、微觀形貌超細(xì)可控化、宏觀性質(zhì)功能優(yōu)異化的精細(xì)粉體制備方法,克服傳統(tǒng)制備方法的缺陷,滿足相關(guān)行業(yè)對高性能精細(xì)粉體多樣性和苛刻性要求,一直是研究者長期的奮斗目標(biāo),具有重要的理論價(jià)值和深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 |

| Fine metal powder materials of transition elements, such as Ni, Co, including single metal oxide powder, elementary powder, alloy powder used as catalyst in artificial diamond, are a serie of important functional material with special microstructures and properties, which, are widely used in national defense and sophisticated military industry, as well as modern key industries like electronic information, clean energy, petrochemical industy and fine ceramics. At present, most of the investigations are focused on the preparationmethods of varies new fine powders. To find out a preparationmethod to produce powders with controlled microstructure refinement, homogeneous chemical composition and outstanding macroscopic properties, is always been the aim of all the researchers, which has large theoretical value and practical significance. The method moreover, once been found out, can overcome the old ones' shortcomings and meet the high demands of variety fine powders with excellent properties. |

The fine powder type materials of the nickel and cobalt typed transition metals including single metal oxide powder, elemental powder, synthetic diamond powder used as a catalyst in the field of metal alloy powder, etc., are important functional materials with special structure and properties , and are widely used in electronic information, clean energy, petrochemicals, fine ceramics and other basic industries and modern high-end defense and military fields. Nowadays, studies on the powder material are firstly focused on the development of new preparation for fine powders. Exploring preparation method for a precise chemical composition uniformity, control of ultra-fine microstructure, macroscopic nature of the outstanding fine powder to overcome the shortcomings of traditional preparation methods and to meet diverse and restrict requirements for high-performance fine powders in relevant industries, has been the long-term goal of researchers and has important theoretical and practical significance.
