| The objective of this study was to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of FVP (ratio of water to raw material, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, and ultrasonic temperature) using response surface methodology and analyze the effects of four factors on extraction rate. Subsequently, the AChE inhibitory activity of FVP obtained under the optimal conditions was investigated. On account of the relationship between oxidative stress and memory deficits, 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazine (DPPH) radical scavenging assay was also considered to evaluate its antioxidant ability. |
