| Antibiotic Resistance Markers for Genetic Manipulations of Leptospira spp.。We measured the frequency of appearance of spontaneous mutants resistant to gentamicin, kanamycin, streptomycin, and spectinomycin in saprophytic and pathogenic Leptospira strains. The mutations responsible for the spontaneous resistance to streptomycin and spectinomycin were identified in the rpsL and rrs genes, respectively. We also generated a gentamicin resistance cassette that allows the use of a third selectable marker in leptospires. These results may facilitate further advances in gene transfer systems in Leptospira spp. |

| 鉤端螺旋體菌的抗生素耐藥基因。我們測(cè)量了突變體的耐慶大霉素，卡那霉素，鏈霉素以及腐生菌大觀霉素和致病性鉤端螺旋體菌株的出現(xiàn)頻率。自發(fā)地抗鏈霉素和大觀霉素分別由 rpsL和 rrs 基因決定。我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)了慶大霉素耐藥卡帶，允許使用第三個(gè)鉤端螺旋體選擇標(biāo)記。這些結(jié)果可能有助于進(jìn)一步研究在鉤端螺旋體的基因轉(zhuǎn)移系統(tǒng) |
