前面說了atlas之安裝,現(xiàn)在緊接著hpl之安裝,這里基本沒什么好說的, 1、按照鳥哥的說法,“If you use the 'atlas' library, I think you should use this file 'Make.Linux_ATHLON_CBLAS'”,我們將hpl/setup/下的文件Make.Linux_ATHLON_CBLAS 復(fù)制到hpl/ 下 2、然后對Makefile和Make.Linux_ATHLON_CBLAS幾處作修改,一個(gè)是Makefile里將arch的值改為'arch = Linux_ATHLON_CBLAS',而對Make.Linux_ATHLON_CBLAS的修改較多,詳情見附件。 3、make即可完成安裝 4、如果安裝成功,那么在hpl/bin/Linux_HAMMER64SSE2_2下就會看見HPL.dat 和xhpl兩個(gè)文件,前者是數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置,后者是執(zhí)行文件。如果不成功,反復(fù)研究你的設(shè)置,再試幾次就可能會好得。不過說實(shí)話,我也很碰運(yùn)氣而以,就我重新裝,不一定馬上能裝好。 至于測試的具體方法,我也不知道,有時(shí)間的話后面會給出一些,或者干脆轉(zhuǎn)載一些,不過我實(shí)在不樂意轉(zhuǎn)載別人的文章,說實(shí)話大多數(shù)沒有經(jīng)過測試,轉(zhuǎn)來轉(zhuǎn)去沒有一點(diǎn)用,這里保證我們的技術(shù)文章都是經(jīng)過測試的,這樣實(shí)用價(jià)值更大一些。 附件1: # # -- High Performance Computing Linpack Benchmark (HPL) # HPL - 1.0a - January 20, 2004 # Antoine P.
